How do I open an account with M2?
Sign up on the M2 website or mobile app, complete KYC verification, and start using your account. For UAE Residents / for Non-UAE residents.

How do I complete my KYC verification?

Common reasons include unclear scans, mismatched information, or invalid/lack of documents.

How long does the KYC process take?
The KYC process can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days, depending on the account validation and requirements for your account. Keep an eye on your registered email inbox (or sometimes emails might land in Junk/Spam folder) our onboarding team might reach out to you requesting for more information prior to verifying your account.

Can I trade without completing KYC?
No, KYC verification is mandatory for trading on M2.

How do I check my KYC status?
You can check your KYC status by logging in and navigating to Profile section, then pressing Verification. Contact our Support for tracking your verification status.

What documents are required during KYC?
Documents required may vary from one user to another. Most common documents as per Regulatory requirements would be Proof of Address, Proof of funds, and a Valid ID -All documents should be valid and recent within the last 90 days.

I didn't receive an email after submitting KYC. What should I do?

What is the minimum age to sign up?
The minimum age to sign up for an M2 account is 18 years old for non-UAE residents accounts (Bahamas) and 21 years old for UAE residents accounts (ADGM).

Is my Country/Nationality prohibited?

Can I use my KYC verification from another platform?  

No, KYC verification must be completed directly through the M2 platform to ensure compliance with our security protocols.

How do I open an institutional M2 account?

What are the different types of accounts available on M2?

On M2, users have three main account types: Global, Futures, and Earn. The Global account facilitates standard trading and transactions, while the Futures account is tailored for futures trading activities. The Earn account allows users to earn interest on their cryptocurrency holdings. Additionally, UAE residents located in the UAE will have an AED account.

How do I view my account balance?

Immediately change your password and enable two-factor authentication (2FA). Contact our support team to report the issue.

To protect your M2 account, enable two-factor authentication (2FA), use a strong and unique password, regularly update your password, and avoid sharing your login details. Additionally, be cautious of phishing attempts and only log in through the official M2 website or app.

To download your account statement, log in to your M2 account, go to the 'Profile' section, select 'Account Statements,' choose the desired time period, and click 'Download.' The statement will be saved as a PDF file.

What is an account tier?
Account tiers are levels based on your verification and activity, offering different benefits and limits. Current Levels of verification is Lite and Pro only.

How do I increase my deposit/withdrawal limit?

What should I do if I cannot receive the verification code/OTP?
If you're not receiving the verification code via SMS, check your phone's signal and ensure your phone number is correct. For email verification codes, check your spam or junk folder. Try resending the code several times and wait a few minutes between attempts. If you still haven't received it, contact support for further assistance.   

What is a referral link and how does it work at M2?
A referral link is a unique URL you can share with others to invite them to join M2. When someone signs up using your referral link, you may earn rewards or benefits, such as trading fee discounts or bonuses.

How do I check my trading history?
To check your trading history, log in to your M2 account, navigate to your dashboard and click on the transaction history button and once you have selected the account, click on the 'Transaction History'.

How do I deposit funds into my M2 account?
Go to the Deposit section, choose your preferred method whether by depositing funds from your own external digital wallet or if you’re a UAE based customer you can deposit FIAT directly from your bank account.

Why hasn't my deposit been credited to my account yet?
If your deposit hasn't been credited to your account yet, it could be due to network congestion, incorrect deposit details or unsupported token/network, or delays in the processing time. Please double-check your transaction details and allow some time for the deposit to be processed. If the issue persists, contact our support team for assistance.

Select the bank account you wish to use. If you have multiple accounts, pick one from the drop-down menu. If no bank account is added yet, follow the instructions to add one.

How do I withdraw AED via bank transfer on M2?

If you have a UAE account and are based in the UAE, log in to your M2 account, go to the AED currency balance in the "You Own" section, and click “Withdraw”. Enter the amount, review the details, and click “Continue”. Slide to complete, then enter the Email code and 2FA code. Once processed and approved, the funds will be transferred to your specified bank account. Processing times may vary.

Example 1: If you subscribe 10,000 USDT to a 4.5% APR Fixed 60-day plan at 17:00 UTC on 16/8/23, it activates at 10:00 am UTC on 17/8/23, with the first reward credited at 10:00 am UTC on 18/8/23.  
Example 2: Each cycle, you earn 1.25 USDT. Over 60 cycles of a 60-day plan, you earn a total of 75 USDT.
Example 3: Your Flexible plan calculates rewards based on your lowest balance per cycle. Adding and withdrawing funds adjust your qualifying amount for rewards.
