How to submit account deletion request at M2?

Note: If you decide to restore your account within a 7-year period, please reach out to M2 Support to support in recovering your account. Your account details will get wiped off completely after 7 years.
Before deciding to delete your account:
· Ensure you've saved all essential data, like past transactions, deposit addresses, and withdrawal histories.
· Ensure all funds (cryptocurrencies and fiat) are withdrawn from the exchange. You cannot retrieve them once your account is deleted. Always double-check withdrawal addresses.
· Cancel any open orders that you may have on the platform. Ensure there are no pending transactions or unresolved disputes.
Step 1: Login to your M2 account and then Navigate to Profile on the top left side of M2 home page.
Step 2: Click on Security tab.
Step 3: Under security tab select manage account option.
Step 4: Select delete account.
Step 5: After you click on delete account tab, a warning message will be shown to confirm the deletion. Once you click confirm, M2 Support will receive your request and reach you via email to confirm proceeding with account deletion.
