Note: If you decide to restore your account within a 7-year period, please reach out to M2 Support to support in recovering your account. Your account details will get wiped off completely after 7 years.

Before deciding to delete your account:

·      Ensure you've saved all essential data, like past transactions, deposit addresses, and withdrawal histories.

·      Ensure all funds (cryptocurrencies and fiat) are withdrawn from the exchange. You can not retrieve them once your account is deleted. Always double-check withdrawal addresses.

·      Cancel any open orders that you may have on the platform. Ensure there are no pending transactions or unresolved disputes.

Step 1: Navigate to Profile on your Mobile app.

Step 2: Click on Security tab.

Step 3: Under security tab select manage account option.

Step 4: Select delete account.

‍Step 5: After you click on delete account tab, a warning message will be shown to confirm the deletion. Once you click confirm, your request will be sent to M2 Support for proceeding with account deletion and you will be notified through you registered email address.
