How to submit Delete Account request at M2?

Before deciding to delete your account:
· Ensure you've saved all essential data, like past transactions, deposit addresses, and withdrawal histories.
· Ensure all funds (cryptocurrencies and fiat) are withdrawn from the exchange. You cannot retrieve them once your account is deleted. Always double-check withdrawal addresses.
· Cancel any open orders that you may have on the platform. Ensure there are no pending transactions or unresolved disputes.
Step 1: Login to your M2 account and then Navigate to Profile on the top left side of M2 home page.
Step 2: Click on 'Security'.
Step 3: Under 'Security' select manage account option, then Delete Account.
Step 4: After you click on delete account, a prompt will popup to confirm the deletion. Once you click 'Confirm', M2 Support will receive your request and reach you via email to confirm proceeding with account deletion.
