Buying Crypto with a Card at M2
At M2, we make it easy for you to buy cryptocurrency quickly and securely using your card. This step-by-step guide will show you how to complete your transaction in just a few clicks, so you can confidently build your crypto portfolio with more options.

Step by Step:
1. Tap on “Buy Crypto” on the main home screen.
2. Enter the amount, choose your fiat currency and the cryptocurrency you want to buy.
3. Now, if it’s your first time using your card to buy crypto at M2, or depending on the amount of the transaction, you’ll be requested to pass a quick verification process with our provider (Transak):
Step 1: An OTP will be send to your registered email with M2.
Step 2: Face identification, Scan you face and position it within the frame.
Step 3: Choose a document from the list available and upload it or take a photo using the camera function.
Step 4: Once the previous steps are done, Transak will start verifying your identity. Once verification is complete, you will be required to input your address. To make it easier, M2 will have prefilled this screen with the address on record so verify the information and click on “Continue”.
NOTE: More documents may be required based on the transaction amount.
Step 5: Once your address has been provided, you will be shown the card details page. Input your card details to continue.
4. If it’s not your first time using cards or if you already completed the steps above, you’ll be redirected to review and confirm your order as below.
5. Once the payment is successful, you buy order processing page will be shown as below.
