There might be several reasons stopping you from signing in to your M2 account, check the following prior to resetting your password:
- Double check your username and password by clicking view icon on the password field
- Check your CAPS lock on your keyboard
In case you clearly forgot your password, please follow the steps below to change your account's password:
1. Click on the reset password button at the main login page, where you will be required to enter your registered email address as you will receive instructions on how to reset your password.

2. Once you click on the link at the email you received, you will be required to create a new password that must be different from previous used passwords.
Make sure that your password contains the below to be accepted:
- Between 12-20 characters
- Uppercase & lowercase letter (A,z)
- One numeric character (0-9)
- One special character(!, %, @, #, etc)
3. Once you clicked confirm to Change password.
Enter your 2FA generated code and the OTP sent to your registered email address.
4. Once OTP passes validation successfully, an email with reset pass link will be sent to your registered email.
Once done, you’ll get a confirmation for Changing your password via email.
