Step 1: Log in to your M2 account and select [Deposit] on the home page
Step 2: Choose [Bank Transfer Deposit]
Step 3: Enter the amount and select the bank account which you want to use for the specified deposit.
Please note that in case of multiple bank accounts, first select the account you will be using from the drop-down menu. In case you haven’t added any bank account yet, please add your bank account by following the instructions from this article.
Step 4: Once M2 reviews the deposit details, it will generate Payment reference number. Copy these details and paste into your online bank portal then add it to the transfer notes or transfer reference number as per your banking system or you can complete the transfer by vising your bank branch.
Step 6: Review all the details and click on [I have made the bank transfer] to complete the deposit. Make sure to include the reference number or any other required information to ensure the deposit is correctly credited to your M2 account.
Please note that bank transfers may take up to 72 hours to complete. Once successful, the AED will reflect in your M2 account.
