Convert enables you to swap between two virtual assets directly. For example: converting Ethereum (ETH) with Bitcoin (BTC), or vice versa.
All converts are executed immediately and therefore can’t be canceled.
Step 1: Navigate to convert Tab.
Step 2: Once you fill in the amount that you wish to convert, click on preview conversion to check the rate and fee prior to converting.
Note: Rate is valid for only 6 seconds, then it will be refreshed again automatically.
Step 4: Once you choose to confirm the conversion, you’ll preview the Transaction completion details.
In case submit order failed, you can view the error and choose from the below.
- Choose to go back and refill the amount.
- Submit a Ticket Request for the issue, to reach M2 support team for further investigation.
Remember to double-check the amount you are converting before you confirm the transaction, and if you have issues, contact M2's customer support team for help.
