Acceptance of the Terms

• By participating in the Earn Campaign (“Campaign”) you agree to accept and comply with these terms (“Terms”). You should read entire Terms carefully before participating in the Campaign.
• As used in these Terms, “M2” or “we” refers to M2 Global Wealth Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of The Bahamas, with company number 209993B.
• This Campaign should not be considered a recommendation or a suggestion to buy or sell crypto assets or any other digital asset products. Trading in virtual assets can be highly risky and volatile. Please review M2’s Terms of Service, which are hereby incorporated by reference for more details. 

Campaign description

M2 is launching this Campaign to reward new and existing customers of M2, who subscribe exclusively to the M2 Earn product fixed plans (“Fixed Plan(s)”) for the first time during the Campaign Period (as defined below), in accordance with these Terms. For more information on the Earn product and Fixed Plans, please refer to this link.

Campaign Period

The Campaign will be active from October 16, 2024, at 10:00 UTC until the bonus pool is depleted. (“Campaign Period”).

Eligibility conditions

To be able to participate in the Campaign, you must fulfil the eligibility requirements and not be subject to the eligibility exclusions:

Eligibility requirements:

To be able to participate in the Campaign, you must be a retail or corporate customer of M2:

• with a verified M2 account, and
• who has not yet prior to the Campaign Period subscribed to a Fixed Plan.

Eligibility exclusions:

You do not satisfy the eligibility conditions and cannot participate in the Campaign if you:

• are found to be in breach of these Terms and/or M2’s Terms of Service or engaging in unfair practices or actions that violate the rules of the Campaign;
• use multiple accounts or identities to participate in the Campaign;
• are staff of M2 and its affiliated companies;
• already subscribed to a Fixed or Flexible Earn Plan prior to the start of the Campaign Period;
• are having a suspended, restricted or otherwise ineligible account status at the time of participation.

A person who fulfils the eligibility requirements and is not subject to eligibility exclusions is hereafter referred as the “Participant”.

Participation process

To participate in the Campaign, you must within the Campaign Period complete the following steps cumulatively:

• register for an account at M2 and provide the necessary information; only Participants with verified M2 accounts are eligible to participate in the Campaign;
• subscribe to one of the available Fixed Plans by depositing at least 500 USDT or equivalent in other supported crypto assets to your M2 account;

hereinafter referred as “Conditions”.

Bonus

The bonus pool consists of 30,000 (thirty thousand) USDT, which will be distributed to 275 (two hundred seventy-five) Participants, who fulfil the Conditions within the Campaign Period AND not redeem their chosen Fixed Plan before its maturity date (“Rewarded Participant(s)”).
Rewarded Participants will be determined on a first-come-first-serve basis, i.e., the first 275 Participants that complete the Conditions. Rewarded Participants will be determined based on the time of completion of Condition 2) of the Participation process.The rewards are tiered based on the deposited amount, as follows:

• Tier 1: 50 USDT will be distributed to 100 Participants that deposit at least 500 and up to 999 USDT (or equivalent in another supporting crypto asset);
• Tier 2: 100 USDT will be distributed to 100 Participants that deposit at least 1,000 and up to 1,999 USDT (or equivalent in another supporting crypto asset);
• Tier 3: 200 USDT will be distributed to 75 Participants that deposit 2000 and more USDT (or equivalent in another supporting crypto asset).

hereinafter each referred to as “Bonus”. The Bonus is in addition to the Fixed Plan APR, paid in USDT and limited to one Fixed Plan per Participant of this Campaign.M2 will credit the Bonus to the Rewarded Participant’s M2 account, immediately after the Fixed Plan matures. A Participant is not eligible to receive a Bonus if such Participant redeems the Fixed Plan prior to its maturity. The Bonus is non-transferable, non-refundable, and valid indefinitely.

Reservations

• M2  reserves the right to change, add or remove parts of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. You will be notified of any changes in advance. Upon such notification, it is your responsibility to review the amended Terms. Your continued participation in the Campaign following the posting of a notice of changes to the Terms signifies that you accept and agree to the changes, and that all subsequent actions by you will be subject to the amended Terms.
• M2 reserves the right to determine and change the rules of the Campaign at any time without further notice, including but not limited to cancelling, extending, or terminating this Campaign, modifying the eligibility conditions for users participating in the Campaign, and adjusting the Campaign and all participants shall be bound by these revised terms.
• M2 reserves the right to disqualify any participants who engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the Campaign, including but not limited to manipulating or attempting to manipulate the entry process or the operation of the Campaign, providing false information during registration or prize claim or attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Campaign by hacking, altering, or exploiting the system. 
• In case a reporting obligation is imposed on M2 based on applicable local tax procedure provisions, M2 reserves the right to such reporting. Such reporting may require additional documentation and information from the Rewarded Participant. Delivery of complete and signed documentation and/or delivery of information required by M2 via email in accordance with the set deadline is required for the Rewarded Participant to be eligible for the Bonus. Please note that such reporting (in case required by local tax legislation) will not affect the amount of the Bonus received. The Rewarded Participant is, however, solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes related to the Bonus and for any other similar costs associated with Bonus acceptance on their side. The Rewarded Participant is encouraged to consult an accountant or a tax professional to determine tax implications in accepting and using, including conducting transactions of the Bonus.

Limitation of liability

By participating in the Campaign, entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless M2, its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents (collectively, "Released Parties") from and against any claims, damages, attorneys' fees, and costs of litigation and settlement, as well as any liability due to damages, or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of any prize or participation in any campaign-related activity or participation in this Campaign. In no event will the Released Parties be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of access to and use of the website or the downloading from and/or printing material downloaded from said site. Without limiting the foregoing, everything on the website and in this Campaign is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 

Personal Data

By participating in the Campaign, Participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information to administer this Campaign, including contacting Participants.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Bahamas. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and dispute resolution process outlined in the M2 Terms of Service. Participants agree to submit to the dispute resolution process specified in the M2 Terms of Service for resolving any disputes related to this Campaign. 

Promotion of the Campaign

M2 will promote and communicate the Campaign only through M2-owned channels such as the M2 website (www.m2.com) and M2’s official social media accounts. Do not respond to any request from other websites and/or social media accounts and do not send any amount of crypto assets to any account in order to verify your address or register for the Campaign.
